The following terms have specific meanings throughout this document:

By accessing or using the Tanbhaavan Platform — whether by browsing, registering, or completing a purchase — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tanbhaavan. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To use the Tanbhaavan Platform and make purchases, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• You must not be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• You must not have had a previously suspended or terminated Tanbhaavan account, unless given explicit written permission to re-register.

All Products listed on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
• All Products are subject to availability. Listing of a Product does not guarantee it is in stock.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer at our discretion.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only upon dispatch confirmation sent via email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage — including after payment — in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
• For custom-stitched or made-to-order items, additional processing time applies and cancellations may not be permitted once production begins.

Tanbhaavan strives to display accurate product information but does not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Platform are complete, reliable, or error-free. In case of a material error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Tanbhaavan name, logo, brand identity, photographs, product designs, graphics, text, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tanbhaavan and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without written permission.
• Use any Tanbhaavan logo, trademark, or brand name in any way that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use Platform Content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Tanbhaavan.

User-generated content (such as reviews or photos you submit) remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant Tanbhaavan a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it across our Platform and marketing materials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tanbhaavan Platform:

The Platform and all its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Tanbhaavan does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses at all times.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content, including product reviews.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
• We are not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, courier failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the above limitations shall apply.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Dispute resolution steps:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Tanbhaavan. These may include payment gateways, social media platforms, courier tracking portals, and analytics services.

• Tanbhaavan has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
• Clicking on third-party links is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
• The inclusion of any third-party link on our Platform does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation with that third party.

Tanbhaavan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made.
• For significant changes, we may notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
• Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
