Order Processing

All orders placed on Tanbhaavan are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details once processing is complete.
  • During sale events or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order value. We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, Shiprocket, and India Post depending on your location.

Coverage & Serviceable Areas

We ship across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India. Certain remote pincodes may not be serviceable by all courier partners. In such cases:

  • We will notify you within 24–48 hours if your pincode is not serviceable.
  • An alternate delivery option may be offered, or a full refund will be initiated.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier name via email and/or SMS. You can track your order using:

  • The tracking link sent to your registered email/phone.
  • The "My Orders" section in your Tanbhaavan account.
  • Directly on the courier partner's website using your AWB/tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g. recipient unavailable, incorrect address, refused delivery), the courier will attempt re-delivery. Our standard policy is:

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us.
  • You may be contacted by the courier or our team to reschedule delivery.
  • If the order is returned due to a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Refunds for returned orders will be issued minus any shipping charges incurred.

Damaged or Wrong Item

We take utmost care in packaging all orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at tanbhaavanoffical@gmail.com with your order ID, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Do not use or wash the item before reporting the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
